What if I told you that there is place where you can feel safe, understood, and in control of your life? Congrats, you came to the right place! In life, we can often feel lost, alone, and disconnected from the world around us. In therapy, you and I can work together to take the steps to reach the goals that you want to accomplish. My goal is to create a safe and empathetic environment that you feel accepted and comfortable in.
For my theoretical approach, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but each and every person has a unique story with specific needs which is why I often use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to help a client reach their goals.
