Elizabeth Power is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) who has 4 years of experience collaborating with families, children, teenagers, and emerging adults struggling with adjustment to life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and family issues. Elizabeth completed both her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and her Master of Arts (MA) in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercer University. She employs systemic, solution focused, dialectical behavior, and cognitive behavioral focused approaches to help clients reach their most congruent selves.
Elizabeth wants to create a safe environment that allows clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgement and to help achieve their therapeutic goals.
