Taking the first step to a new therapeutic relationship can be intimidating, and I aim to provide a space where you are ultimately able to be your authentic self. I work to provide a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space that fosters an environment of positive change and growth. I have experience working with women who are going through a variety of life transitions and stressors. My values are built on the foundation that you are the expert in your own experience. However you choose to come into our sessions, know that you will be met with empathy and empowerment.
I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, life stressors, and relationship struggles. I am an integrative psychotherapist who utilizes CBT, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness to create a safe space for clients to feel empowered. In sessions, I focus on collaborating with individuals to gain a balanced and positive sense of self.
During our complimentary introductory call, we will determine if we are a good fit. If so, our first session will consist of getting to know one another and learning more about what brings you to this space. From then on, we’ll work to establish your personal goals and discuss what success in therapy looks like to you.
