Seeking therapy is a form of wisdom and self-love. It allows you to connect within yourself so you can grow, accept and find peace. Therapy should be hopeful and positive. It should help you move forward from feeling “stuckâ€. I hope to empower you and your story and to assist you in forming positive self-talk. At times our thoughts can be negative and can create inner discord. I want to help support you in pausing and redirecting negative self-talk to a positive self-talk. My goal is to provide a judgement-free and inclusive space so you can build the skills to lead a healthy and happy life.
I use active and supportive listening with a strengths-based approach. I am compassionate yet direct and clear. Together we will build a trusting and collaborative relationship that fosters your emotions, thoughts and behavior without judgment.
My therapeutic style is Person-Centered Therapy and Strength Based Therapy.
