About
I feel passionate about the importance of therapy and finding balance in our lives. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them develop habits and skills that will lead to long-term, lasting recovery. If you are struggling with mood regulation, anxiety, feelings of sadness and guilt, trauma, etc., therapy can help you to overcome and heal. My goal is to help people to live fulfilled and happy lives. I primarily work with adults and older adolescents (15+).
I am a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student at the University of Utah. During my clinical training, I am being supervised by Courtney Davies, LCSW, who is a licensed and experienced therapist. Under her supervision, I am able to provide therapeutic care at a decreased rate while continuing to improve myself and my abilities as a practitioner.
I personally love to be outside and active, so I'm loving the summer. I also love to read and I enjoy learning new things.
Starting therapy and reaching out for support can be intimidating. I want to help people access the care they need to live their lives to the fullest extent.
What sets us apart
Seeking balance and lasting recovery, I work with adults and adolescents (15+) struggling with mood, anxiety, trauma, and related issues. As a PMHNP student at the University of Utah, I provide supervised, reduced-rate therapy under LCSW Courtney Davies. My goal is to help you develop skills for a more fulfilling life.
