I work with couples and individuals who are struggling to overcome habitual patterns of behavior that are preventing them from experiencing a satisfying connection with each other and themselves. If you and your partner have experienced betrayal, addiction issues or have simply allowed your relationship to become stagnant, I can help you find your way back to a secure and fulfilling bond. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques including Brainspotting to help you first understand and then have a new experience of yourself and your partner.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I believe that our biggest personal challenges often manifest in our relationships and it is in our relationships where we have the biggest opportunities for growth.
