I specialize in supporting individuals find their way back to themselves when anxiety, depression, or any of life's many challenges have taken over. Many of the people I work with describe feeling overwhelmed and fatigued by anxiety and depression, they miss feeling like themselves and feel like they're falling short in their relationships, the workplace, or as a parent. I enjoy supporting individuals in slowing down, tuning in and discovering their innate worthiness, strengths, and abilities to create sustainable peace and wellness.
In our work together, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs, including CBT, somatic work, mindfulness, yoga, and solution-focused therapy; all with a trauma sensitive backing. These techniques are designed to help you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with your inner strength.
