As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have a passion for working with teens and adults as they navigate all the ups and downs that come with this ever-changing, ever-growing life we live! I have been practicing for over 5 years and find my passion really lies with connecting with individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, and/or and teenagers trying to "find" themselves.
I strive to have clients leaving sessions feeling more understood, more validated, and more empowered to take on the next step towards reaching their goals! I strongly believe that education is key, and the best way to help ourselves, is to know ourselves!
