You may have tried other forms of therapy and are seeking an alternative way to process trauma, gain a deeper understanding of self and your relationships. An openness and willingness to lean into the creative process is paramount for our work together, you don't have to be an artist to benefit. It is my hope to guide you toward a more embodied self through creative expression. My experience and training informs the way I guide you toward your own creative uncovering and self-exploration.
