About
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, burned out, anxious, or disconnected in relationships, therapy is a space where your voice can be heard. In therapy we will explore ways to make sense of your feelings, recognize your inner strengths, and cultivate self-compassion. I believe that the tools for healing are already within you, even if they feel hidden or out of reach. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, untangle the stories that no longer serve you, and discover new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. Together we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and authentically. Clients who work well with me appreciate directness, are curious, and are open to exploring their inner world, emotions, and values.
I work with individuals and couples, focusing on neurodiversity and ADHD, stress, perfectionism, disordered eating, and financial counseling. On a personal note, I enjoy cycling, lifting weights, cooking and baking, traveling, and spending as much time with my dog, Frøya.
