About
I am certified in Imago Relationship Therapy and I have completed all levels of training from the Gottman Institute. In addition I trained with The Family Institute. I offer a one hour free lecture entitled the The Art and Science of Relationships. I am available to churches, synagogues, community centers, attorneys and physicians to offer this free lecture to their parishioners, attendees, clients or patients. In addition I am available to give a couple's workshop on The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and would consider any requests on topics that are deemed of interest.
I offer free consultation to Clergy interested in educational opportunities that enhance their pastoral abilities. Clergy are vital as they help their parishioners maneuver life's transitions--divorce, parenting issues, illness, death. Should they determine they are unable to provide long-term consistent pastoral care to their congregants I am available as a referral source.
I believe as a psychotherapist I offer my clients an understanding milieu along with a listening presence that provides a unique experience. Connecting one's thoughts and feelings provides an understanding that enhances one's ability to meet the challenges initially brought to therapy, and allows one to make healthier and more sustainable choices.
