About
The poet William Ernest Henley (1849-1903) penned the words : "I am the master of my fate: the captain of my soul." The message that Henley was so eloquently trying to convey is, that while we may face challenges in our lives, we should not let them defeat us! The fact is, life comes with rewards and defeats. Just as we have actions within us that respond to rewards, we also have actions within us to face defeats and the ability to learn how to rebuild, restore, and renew ourselves. One of the ways of renewing, sustaining, and rebuilding ourselves is through therapy. View 9 Photos
