Welcome! My name is Gloria Kincade. I am a Licence Mental Health Counselor with over seven years experience. I'm glad to have you here. I provide a judgement free zone and work collaboratively using a variety of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your specific needs
My approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy, Person centered, Psycho dynamic, ACT. My focus on helping individuals, couples and families improve their well-being, resolve personal and interpersonal crises utilizing evidenced based practice.
What motivated me to become a therapist is my ability to be empathetic and compassionate which are valuable skills to succeed as a therapist. And also my trauma experience growing up a child/in my teens which has helped provide me with insights of what an individual might be feeling or going through.
