It can be challenging recognizing when we're in toxic relationships and breaking through conditioned negative thinking patterns. Therapy provides an opportunity to work on understanding how these conditions hinder personal happiness and nurture our authentic selves. Negative thinking patterns and unhealthy relationships prolong stagnation, leading to the erosion of our sense of identity/reality and harm our emotional wellness. We'll work toward freeing yourself from destructive influences and promote the desired life pursued. I use a combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and tools like MBTI Personality Type approaches for individuals and couples. You'll work towards achieving greater self awareness, self esteem and confidence. My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a safe space for you to embark on a journey toward a happier and healthier life.
