I enjoy working with issues such as depression and low self-esteem, anxiety and stress (including panic and trauma), and relationship problems. My goal is to help you feel better quickly, and give you the understanding and tools so you don't have to struggle with these problems again in the future. Therapy is not just one size fits all. I use a variety of techniques to find what works for you, and to give you the most effective tools to help yourself.
My approach is more active than some. I will ask you to apply what you learn between sessions, to help you change as rapidly as possible. I will regularly check to see if the methods we are using are working, and if I'm meeting your needs. My approach works very well through teletherapy, and online sessions are effective, flexible, and convenient for you.
