You are sick of spinning your wheels and you are serious about recovering. You know there is more to life than you are experiencing and you are done selling yourself short.
Our "stuff" that we are dealing with best presents itself in our relationships with others. That is where we are emotionally triggered the most. I take an integrated approach in my therapy style which is mostly psychodynamic. Looking at how experiences, beliefs, and relationships create the quality of our life, either consciously or unconsciously.
