Life can be challenging for all sorts of reasons, and whether they are big or small, I am here to help you navigate them. These challenges can happen with work, school, relationships, childhood/family and with that can come anxiety, depression, anger/low frustration tolerance, etc. My goal is to help you process and problem-solve ways to work through these challenges and get you to a positive and comfortable place with your mental health and well-being. I work mainly from a Person-Centered approach as I value meeting you where you are at, while helping you navigate your journey through life. Through authenticity, humor, and curiosity, we will collaboratively work together to reach your goals and true self. I also incorporate other treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
As a counselor, I strive to make this space a safe one for you as I know it can feel scary taking this step. Your mental health is important, and I will provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for you to reach that place you want to be. Your thoughts and feelings matter, you are not alone, and you deserve to be happy!
