I work with individuals of all ages. Through an individualized treatment plan you will gain some valuable tools you can take away to assist you with what you may face during your life's journey. I want you to leave feeling empowered and that you have been heard. Feeling as if you have been heard is a big part of the healing and improvement process. Taking an active role in the process is also essential to becoming a better version of you. I have experience providing therapeutic services to all ages in a variety of areas. This includes a vast background working with children. I don't believe there is one treatment approach that fits the needs of every client. Together we will find an approach that works best for you. My diverse experiences in life have helped me develop a variety of techniques unique to each client. This assists me in building trust and a strong therapeutic connection with my clients.
