I use a variety of evidence-based techniques and resources to help people re-connect to existing strengths using CBT, DBT, EMDR and schema therapy. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals, and aim to create space, time, and strength for you to share and process your experience.
My work is person-centered, with a focus on behavior, relationships, and trauma using mindfulness and other interventions.
Growth and healing require a place where you can feel safe and be yourself. We can work together in person, or online. Your initial visit will include sharing information, identifying goals, and building trust. It is my goal to ensure you feel safe, heard, and empowered towards finding peace, meaning, and hope, now – and in the future.
