About
I’m Heather Pack, a licensed counselor with a passion for helping adults navigate the complex layers of mental health, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and the everyday challenges that come with simply being human.
As someone deeply committed to creating safe and affirming spaces, I’m proud to work with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are trans, nonbinary, or questioning. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion, meeting each person exactly where they are.
My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and behavioral strategies—all through a mind-body lens. I’m especially passionate about teaching clients how their mental and emotional well-being is connected to their physical experiences.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our mental health is inseparable from our body’s experience. Through extensive training and research, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how trauma and stress live in the body—and how, with the right support, we can begin to release and transform those patterns.
