Whether you're living with depression, anger, problems with motivation or difficulties handling mood swings, I have experience and ideas and a non-judgmental approach to your situation. I'm a straightforward person so I may challenge you if I think that will help you. I can also help you think from a different perspective which in turn can lead to you experiencing different emotions. I have a good critical ear and I can ask you the questions you need to hear in order to feel comfortable with the decisions you want to make. At this time I am not able to see high school or middle school teenagers.
I also specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. DBT helps people gain control of problem emotions like anxiety and anger. It teaches skills to tolerate Distress and make it through the night when things seem unbearable. DBT also helps individuals learn to say "no" and set limits without feeling guilty.
