All of us have had many transitions throughout our lifetime. These transitions can be experienced as positive, neutral or negative. My belief is that all of these passages are opportunities for change and growth. For these reasons I enjoy working with individuals and couples that are in transition .
I work best with individuals or couples that are motivated to change and curious about what steps to take in order to bring about changes that provide long-lasting positive impact on their lives and relationships. We will explore together how parts of you hold you back in your life.
My training has been eclectic, I have had exposure to many types of therapeutic and coaching modalities. The training I received includes Internal Family Systems, Co-Active Coaching Gestalt, different types of Couples Therapy, Conversational Intelligence, Self Psychology, Short Term Solutions Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
