I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I have earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Southern New Hampshire University. I have committed myself to working with a diverse adult population, ranging from 18 to 65 years old. My counseling philosophy is deeply rooted in the principles of acceptance, safety, and non-judgment. In their first session with me, clients can expect to experience a safe space where they are heard. I work to understand their narrative and presenting concerns and establish a therapeutic alliance. At the end of the session, I inform clients that I will provide an effective action plan to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. My greatest strengths as a provider are knowing how to convey thoughts, ideas, and feelings effectively which alllows me to establish rapport, provide clear guidance, and foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
