Jacqueline will be with you in your journey. Jacqueline is straight-forward while having a unique balance of compassion and empathy. She recognizes pain and provides hope when it does not feel as though hope exists. Jacqueline believes you are not meant to journey through darkness alone and celebrates the collateral beauty on the other side with you. She trusts healing can take place in relationship to yourself, others, and God. Jacqueline enjoys walking children, teens, and individuals through grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues and broken relationships, communication, and identity, overeating and body issues.
She has a history of helping survivors of suicide loss or attempt, and a heart for coming alongside of those diagnosed with Tourette’s. Jacqueline’s experiences with depression, anxiety, and suicide loss allow her to sit with clients and help them be the light in their darkness.
Jacqueline also works as a personal trainer and nutritionist, Jacqueline recognizes the person as a whole and believes in a holistic approach when treating clients. Jacqueline utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach in addressing trauma, attachment wounds, codependency, emotional regulation, and grief.
