HEALING AND TRANSFORMATION.... Is an inside job. My treatment philosophy is based on the idea that each client is unique: with unique strengths,experiences and challenges. Each of us has within us what we need to become whole and free. It is the therapist's job to help each client recognize their own magnificence.We work together to identify strategies, tools,and insights to create the freedom and outcomes each client desires.
I have worked in counseling for over twenty years with a focus on helping those with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self esteem, history of trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, and parenting/marital/relationship issues. My work is eclectic encompassing cognitive behavioral, EMDR and client centered (Rogerian) therapies.
