About
My name is Jana Fulmer. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. As a trauma-focused therapist I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build resilience and reclaim their inner strength. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I specialize in working with those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and distressing memories, guiding clients toward empowered and fulfilling lives.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to navigate the complexities of life with greater resilience and clarity. My clients often include trauma survivors, those managing the lasting effects of anxiety and depression, individuals experiencing grief and loss, and people dealing with distressing memories or nightmares.
In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work to foster a tone of acceptance and collaboration, meeting clients exactly where they are in their healing journey.
