My approach centers on creating a compassionate and approachable space where you feel safe and truly heard as we integrate your strengths with evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you achieve your unique goals.
I support adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, loss, and the challenges of cancer or chronic illness. My trauma-informed, strengths-based approach integrates ACT, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to foster healing and growth. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space.
