About
My name is Jeanie Rogers and I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Hampshire. I take a person-centered approach to treatment by evaluating the individual needs of clients and tailor treatment to support their goals. I enjoy working with adults of all ages that are eager to learn and ready to make important changes to improve their lives. I'm most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders and trauma.
I use multiple evidenced-based practices to include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed treatment, emotional freedom tapping, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I am light-hearted, friendly, warm, non-judgmental, and humorous. I encourage my clients to come as they are! I focus on helping clients create goals that are specific, realistic, attainable, and measurable in order to monitor progress and adjust the course of treatment to improve outcomes.
