My goal in counseling is for you to be empowered to make positive changes so that your life can flourish. I work with Children, Adolescents, Adults and Families using brief and long term therapy. I work with a variety of issues including: Depression Stress/Anxiety, Marriage/Family issues, School issues with Children and Adolescents, Substance Abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief and Loss, Anger Control. I work with people through a strengths based perspective lens. I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Reality, and Solutions Focused therapy to help people Identify and meet their goals. I have received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy.
For those who choose to self pay, I am able to offer flex services in addition to traditional face to face in office sessions. Telephonic, Skype, and In Home sessions would be available as your needs dictate.
