I believe that growth and change are courageous actions and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your journey towards self-acceptance and understanding. In my practice, I am passionate about helping clients create and live a more fulfilling life. I provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental place to share their feelings and identify their values. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. My holistic approach to therapy reflects my belief that balancing mental, emotional and physical health is often necessary to achieve overall well-being.
I utilize a variety of different evidence-based approaches to meet my clients' needs, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Sessions are dynamic and tailored to individual needs.
