Jennifer Gaudreau is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire. She currently works with adults aged 27-64 seeking individual therapy for a variety of issues including life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief and loss. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 1986 and a Master’s in Social work from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 1988. Her early training in community mental health and private practice settings included supportive, psychodynamic, systems and grief therapies. Her subsequent trainings included dialectical behavior, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness therapies, as well as further intensive dynamic training.
Jennifer has a compassionate down to earth style and is skilled at tailoring an approach to each individual’s unique situation and goals. She looks forward to listening to you and helping you cultivate tools for relief, insight for clarity and hope for a new direction. In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, reading and time in nature.
