About
The highway of life can sometimes become quite complex. Yet, who said you had to take the highway anyway? Helping others work toward building a better understanding of the effects of their past while also constructing the best version of their current selves is what I love to do.
As a therapist, I aim to offer an open space for clients to be themselves and not feel judgment for the experiences they've gone through. To me, the word "normal" is subjective and love helping clients find what defines that word for them. I feel that seeking help for mental health should be celebrated like seeking a gym trainer for physical health.
What sets us apart
Compassionate therapist providing a safe, non-judgmental space for self-discovery and growth. I help clients understand the impact of past experiences while empowering them to build fulfilling present lives. My approach is client-centered, celebrating individual definitions of well-being and normalizing the pursuit of mental health.
