Hello, my name is Jessica Frost and I am a Christian EMDR therapist located here in Surprise, AZ. I work with adolescents and adults and work with a variety of populations. I am affiliated with Christian Counseling Services and offer a Christ-centered and trauma-informed care. I believe in an integration of mind and spirit for healing.
I believe in working from a bottom up approach, this means I strive to identify the root cause of the issues and not just address the symptoms. I offer a judgement free space and will meet you where you are at.
