I have experience working with a variety of issues and specialize in child mental health.I am able to assist children and parents in learning how to express/interpret feelings in a secure and safe environment, which will enable your child to improve behaviors and flourish in life and relationships.
I have specialized training in various evidence based treatment models including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I utilize a multi-dimensional therapeutic approach that focuses on each client's strengths and personal goals to obtain a healthy balance in their life.
