About
Are you struggling to be your full self in relationship with others? I support clients with relational difficulties, especially related to self-worth, people pleasing, or perfectionism. I also work with couples in the areas of communication, emotional intimacy, boundary clarification, and divorce discernment. I have personal and professional experience with autism and ADHD. I have worked with many late-identified neurodivergent clients to address depression, anxiety or relationship concerns through self-acceptance. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, rather than behavioral-based. I strive to be an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally.
I do not subscribe to the medical-model of mental health that assumes clients are broken and need to be fixed. Instead, I believe symptoms of depression and anxiety often (though not always) come from a place trying to protect ourselves. I am here to help empower clients to find alternative ways to feel safe enough to show up in life authentically.
I am currently transitioning offices and will be available to see clients in-office in September. If you believe I may be a good fit for your therapeutic need, reach out for a cost and commitment-free consultation on my website. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
