I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ashland University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella University. I am an independently licensed professional clinical counselor.
I have worked in community mental health centers with children, adolescents, and adults with co-occurring disorders. I utilize person-centered and cognitive-behavioral theories in my counseling approach.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, a trauma-focused treatment approach. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, baking and knitting.
