Over the last 15+ years, I have found passion in building connections with therapy clients who want to manage stress and anxiety, work through changes in their lives, and/or live more authentically. Often, people come in to therapy having tried it before, not connecting or feeling like their provider â€got†them. My first goal for therapy is to provide a space for you to be seen, heard, and validated. This allows for development of trust and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I most often work with adolescents and adults with anxiety, ADHD, stress, and life changes. I am an avid learner and have many therapeutic tools and approaches to draw from. Through exploring your goals & experiences/preferences for therapy I can adapt and adjust with evidence based interventions that fit for you.
I have experience on both sides of the couch and believe everyone deserves a great therapist. If I am not the best fit for you, we can work together to get you connected to someone who is. The first step is to start. I’d be honored to take that step with you.
