I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to help you develop practical, effective skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy so that you can face life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
