About
I am a clinical neuropsychologist and learning specialist who is available for therapy/coaching sessions. I have a holistic approach that utilizes cognitive re-framing, behavioral modification and mindfulness practices. Cognitive re-framing uses cognitive behavioral techniques to identify and extinguish maladaptive thought patterns. Behavioral modification is used to optimize behavior patterns. Last, mindfulness practices are essential for identifying and maintaining optimal thought and behavior patterns. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness and working together we can uncover the path that works best for you.
I believe that everyone has an optimal ‘sensory diet’ they should strive to realize. This includes optimizing your actual diet by learning about food sensitivities and removing or minimizing these foods from your diet. Other behavior patterns such as exercise, sleep, social interactions and intellectual pursuits are also examined.
Parent coaching is also available
