About
I have a passion to be a part of the healing process for my clients. I specifically enjoy and am experienced in: marriage therapy, work with teenagers, and doing counseling with people who are in ministry. Coupled with being an LMFT, I am also a trained and licensed as a Pastor of 14 years. Additionally, I am an adjunct instructor for Cameron University's Psychology program and love getting to help train the next generation of Clinicians.
I am trained & certified in Emotion Focused Therapy- which is a beautiful way of helping to explain why we fight and flee in our marriages. I am also an Internal Family Systems informed therapist. Additionally, being in ministry for over a decade allows me to sit with others in ministry and deal with unique issues that arise in those environments.
I have had the benefit of "sitting on the other side of the couch" in my own life, and am thankful for the encouragement, healing, and growth that occurred. I look forward to walking alongside you in your own journey to those same places.
