About
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to veterans, caregivers, parents of children with developmental disabilities, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and anyone seeking help on life’s journey. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003 and my clinical license in 2007. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, focusing on the client’s personal values and strengths. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with clients to identify and build on their strengths.
I provide therapy for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship problems. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who is committed to helping my clients reach their full potential. I am available for in-person and telehealth appointments.
