The primary predictor of success in therapy is the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. The goal of my practice is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to uncover the innate skills you already possess to successfully navigate life.
Since 2009, I have had a number of diverse professional experiences including inpatient mental health, homeless services, supportive housing services, community treatment, crisis care and outpatient services that have developed my passion for this work.
