About
Hi, I’m Jules. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families.
I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma. I also work with individuals facing overlapping mental health challenges, including OCD and emerging personality disorders.
My practice focuses especially on teens and young adults (ages 12- 28), and I have deep experience supporting those exploring their identities—including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and bicultural identities. I know how overwhelming it can be to figure out who you are while facing pressure from multiple directions—family, culture, society—and I’m here to help.
Whether you're a young person trying to navigate a complicated world, or a parent looking for guidance, I bring warmth, clinical expertise, and a nonjudgmental space to explore, grow, and heal. You don’t have to go through this alone—your experiences matter, and support is within reach. Let’s take the next step together when you’re ready.
