Alongside working from a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate techniques aimed to help reframe and replace negative thought patterns leading to healthier responses in challenging situations. I find it deeply rewarding to support clients in building self-compassion, navigating relationship challenges, setting meaningful boundaries, and communicating more clearly. I also help clients cope with grief, anxiety, and depression, and offer guidance in areas such as self-esteem, stress management, career/educational enhancement and life transitions.
