About
Therapy is a brave undertaking, and many people seek out therapy at a time in their life when they feel particularly vulnerable, confused, and stuck. Together we will explore areas of your life where patterns seem to repeat themselves, and think about new ways of understanding your experiences. I am a psychotherapist that serves children, teens and adults at my practice in Tukwila. I primarily provide individual psychotherapy to all ages, and supportive parenting sessions. I am also able to work with infants and toddlers and their caregivers together with a focus on the attachment relationship.
Please note that I am currently only taking new patients who want to meet for in person. I am a relationally focused therapist, which means that we will look at what happens between us as a map to guide us in recognizing your struggles and building on your strengths.
You may feel anxious or even frightened to share with anyone that you or someone in your family is having problems. I encourage you to contact me with questions or worries you have, and we can talk about whether this would be a good fit for you or your child.
