About
As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I use a variety of methods to meet the needs of those I work with. While my approach varies based on individual needs and preferences, I primarily utilize a skills-based approach grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I provide solution-focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy to adolescents and adults struggling with emotion dysregulation, interpersonal conflict, and low self-esteem. During individual sessions, you can expect to focus on your specific needs, and together we will develop treatment goals to work toward.
I aim to meet you where you are, offering a safe, nonjudgmental environment for growth and change. With extensive training in DBT, I have provided care in clinics and hospitals, both at the partial and inpatient levels. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals involved in the legal system.
