About
I am a Counselor in Residence specializing in anxiety, life transitions, identity, self-awareness, self-esteem, expressive therapy, and mindfulness. My past experience includes working in a hospital program supporting adults managing OCD and comorbid disorders. I also worked at a non-profit arts-based day program serving adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, and I have experience supporting children and adolescents in special education K-12. I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University. View 5 Photos
I utilize a trauma-informed, dialectical behavioral, and expressive arts-based approach to therapy. My perspective is grounded in critical race and feminist theory, as I create a safe space to reflectively and empathetically engage in conversation while offering expressive arts to expand self-expression.
I warmly establish a collaborative environment for you to reground and focus time on your values, goals, and coping skills. I will guide you toward an engaged and balanced life, filled with what is most meaningful to you.
