I specialize in working with insightful, motivated individuals seeking to overcome past hurts. I assist clients in identifying and changing core beliefs; learning how to regulate their emotions; and resolving traumatic memories. I offer in person and virtual appointments for residents of Mississippi and Tennessee.
I am the Clinical Director of Hope Evergreen LLC thus I oversee the other clinicians on the team as well. We have a number of highly trained clinicans in our practice.
I am EMDR Certified, DBT informed, and extensively trained in play therapy. My therapeutic style is both compassionate and direct in my approach. I offer individual sessions and EMDR intensives. Also, I am an EMDR Consultant in Training for mental health professionals seeking certification.
