My "primary" theory is existentialism, however I do pull from a variety of theories, including psychodynamic, feminist, IFS, and person-centered, while also prioritizing an emotionally focused approach. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ identity, relationships, self-esteem and life transitions.
I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives; my role is to assist you by providing a non-judgmental space that utilizes compassion, humor, psychoeducation, guided introspection, collaboration, and somatic techniques. Feeling connected in our modern world can be difficult. Together we can move towards connection through compassion and empowerment.
What sets us apart
