First, may I say if you have made it to these pages you may be suffering or questioning but you are looking for a solution and to that I say, you are brave. Be proud. I myself, am a person-centered, strengths based psychodynamic therapist with a flair for the somatic! What does that really mean? That I am here to focus on you. I am a curious soul and hope to invite you to become curious about what your mind and body are communicating to you through the truth telling of your lived experience. I believe you are the expert of your life and I am here to partner with you to take a safe and healthy dive into what is and isnât working.
Like I said I am a highly relational therapist. This means that I am looking to create a bond where you feel safe and healing work can be possible. I may offer suggestions or tools as we go about our work. For instance, in addition to âtalk therapyâ I can help you find somatic grounding tools such as in breathwork and connecting to yourself.
